Shipping
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy, for donations that include a physical reward.

* All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
* Additional handling delays are rare. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
* Shipping is always free, we don't collect additional shipping charges.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
* You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
* We are not responsible for any customs, duties, fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds
There will be no refunds or returns of donations, unless special circumstances arise.
